24 Hour Cancellation Policy

I strive to accommodate the needs of all guests with the complete understanding that sometimes things require you or me to reschedule.

I ask for 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or changes to my schedule and yours. Cancellations with less than 8 hours’ notice will result in possible late fees, which will equal but not exceed 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Appointment Policy

To ensure that I am able to maintain an organized schedule, I kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the event that you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee will be charged. If you arrive 20 minutes late or more, your appointment will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No-Show Cancellation Policy

Automated reminders are sent for scheduled services. Failure to attend will result in a full charge for missed services.

Deposit Policy

Before scheduling a Corrective Coloring service, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required and will be applied to the total cost.

Children under 12 years old.

Attention all valued clients of Salon Ardence, we kindly ask you to make arrangements for childcare during your appointments with us. To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our clients, we do not permit unsupervised children during hair appointments.
